💫 Return & Store Credit Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Feline The Love LA, LLC.  If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns. Please read our policy below for the details.

 📝 Return Policy -- NO REFUNDS. WE OFFER STORE CREDIT ONLY.

We accept returns on items that are not final sale within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags still attached.  

Sale items or gift cards are **non-refundable** and final sale.  

You’re responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly.

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@felinethelovela.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.  

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.  

Please include your packing slip and ensure the return package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once you send through USPS, or UPS we are not liable for it until it is in our hands.

🔄 Exchanges

Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we do NOT offer exchanges on any items. You will be responsible for making a separate purchase for the desired size, color, or any other variation.

💵 Store Credits

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your store credit. You’ll be notified by email once it is processed.
